We are an inclusive school and we aim to provide the necessary facilities and education for all children.
The governors have an accessibility plan in place to give access to all and some changes have already been
made. Further changes will be made as and when resources are available.
All staff plan specifically for children who are significantly below others in their peer group. This includes those who have missed school through absence for medical reasons as well as children who have learning difficulties. Teaching Assistants play an important role helping less able children within their classroom. There is also limited funding available for additional support often provided within our SEN facility. The school also has some dedicated IT hardware and software. Apart from making learning fun, children with dyslexia can benefit from drill and practice spelling words and talking computers can stimulate development.
